I have found the best weight loss diet for the visual person.

Keeping a visual log of what you eat with Easy Eating really is easy. I took pictures and logged it but found I couldn't decide it my meal was more protein, carb or fat. So I personalized it. I took pictures of each item as I made my meal. It created a log of ingredient that I could list as protein, carb or fat. I found that the picture of the meal made me cut back on one ingredient or another. Or happy that I was eating a healthful meal.

Easy eating also has the best customer service. My iPhone was not working properly with the app. I had a number of email exchanges with customer support before I found out my phone was a few generations old. They were willing to pay me back, but it was a great excuse to upgrade. Be sure you have the iPhone 4 or above to use this app to its full potential.

If you like gadgets and apps... this is the best weight loss diet app you can have. The Fitbit ONE along with its app and website will help you set and maintain your goal. It automatically synchs the number of steps you have taken, how many calories you have burned, the miles you have walked and it tracks your sleep. You input your breakfast, lunch and dinner and your activities. Log in as much information as you want.

You will be able to access forums at their website. And check the ranking of steps taken between your friends. If you are competitive that is just enough to get you going.

Ooops! I put my Fitbit through the washing machine. The rice method didn't dry the Fitbit, the reset method Fitbit asked me to try didn't work. So, they generously replaced my Fitbit.

Great customer service. I'm sticking with Fitbit!

Lose It! and its free website had the tools to help me with my weight loss.

It asked for input of your weight and how much you want to lose. It does all the calculating for you. Lose It! showed you how many calories you can have per day. Input what and how much you ate and it let you know how many calories you have left to eat. (see screen shot) When you exercise, it subtracts calories and let’s you eat more.

You can input your own recipes and add your favorite kinds of foods. It has a great support forum. If you like, you can print out reports, share data or keep it private. Many consider this the best weight loss diet. It sure worked for me.

Here is another app that seems to be one of the best weight loss diet program. It is easy to use. Helps you set a goal, then it continues to help you with calorie counting, tracking nutrients, customizing foods and exercises.

You can create progress reports, and send your results to your supports on facebook and twitter.

The app that will work for you is the app you will use. One may have the food you eat already listed which is already convenient. Download and check the app that suits your style and need. Happy health!

Many are happy with the app but internet connection is not consistent with this app.

I found the recipes well categorized. The nutritional information is helpful when deciding what to cook when trying to lose weight and count calories.

What really intrigued me about this app is the category called Dietary Needs. It lists usable recipes for people who are Vegan or Vegetarian. It lists recipes for those who need a Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Low Carb or Low Fat meals. The recipes can be sent in by users. The recipes list calories and whatever else submitter might have included.

A great free app for your best weight loss diet. Just thought I'd let you know, there are ads that pop up, but those don’t seem to bother me.

If you like the sound of rain falling with a little thunder in the distance this is a great app. I like it better than the white noise machines.

No calorie counting only the rain drops. So Peaceful.

You can choose the kind of rain you want to hear and how long you want it to play before you go to sleep.
